At Sunset Bikini, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return to: Sunset Bikini Returns

- Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be processed through your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear bottoms with removed hygiene liners
- One-piece swimsuits with removed hygiene liners
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
International Returns
For international customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Refunds will be issued in USD
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
